The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is a group of parents and staff that organise exciting out of school events to raise money for ‘extra’ things in school. Some of the events that the PTA organises are: school discos, Christmas hampers and the summer fayre.
The money we raise is spent on many things such as: iPads, equipment for the reading gazebo, reading books and cameras.
We are a friendly group of people who want to enrich the children’s time at Oaklands. We meet once or twice a term and discuss events as well as how we can spend the money.
